These lovely evenings are also `connection evenings`, they offer:-

1. The opportunity to connect with who and what we are through silent meditation.

2. The chance to connect with like minded people over refreshments, which are provided free on the evening.

3. Connection through guided meditatation.

4. Connection with others through networking. People are encouraged to display their leaflets and also to announce at the end of the evening any events they feel others may find of interest.

It was so lovely to see so many of you at my last meditation of the year and to see some new faces too. Some wonderful people have offered to `hold the space` to keep these lovely evenings open for those of you who would still like to connect with each other and share an evening of meditation until my return. Jacqui Mexson and Paul Cooper have done meditations before, and I am sure that anyone who decides to go along will be in great company, have a lovely evening and be made very welcome. Attendance/numbers are required for these evenings to continue however, so if you would like to attend and be kept up to date about these meditation evenings, then please contact:-

The address opposite is next door to the Reading Rooms. You may find it easier to find if you use this address for directions as Berkswell Reading Rooms does not show up on a Google maps search. This building is often described as being in both Coventry and Solihull.
