Experience a day of reconnection with ourselves,each other and who and what we are. Exploring definitions of Soul Alignment, how to recognise when we are in and out of alignment and looking at ways to help us get more into alignment. This workshop is interactive and involves meditation.
The workshop will include the following:-
1. Gaining an understanding and definition of what Soul Alignment is.
2. Learning to recognise when you are in/ out of Alignment
3. Energy work to help release some of that which no longer serves us.
4. Guided meditations
5. Working with the Angelic realms
6. Some ways to help bring yourself back into Alignment.
Soul Alignment is a term you may have heard many times recently. It can mean different things to all, with everyone having their own definition and way of working with it. This is to be expected, as we can only truly experience this life through our own individual experience of it. It is helpful to remember that we are energy and therefore cannot help but be in a constant state of change. We can spend much of our time being in and out of alignment!
